The junior suite was well-stocked and well taken care of. the location was perfect for cycling in the mountains. - the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. - the hotel was conveniently located 2 km from a friendly water park. - Enjoyed the pool bar and its warm drinks.

The rooms were soundproof and huge with nice South-facing balconies as well as triple aspect views, nothing too much trouble.

We were one of the first guests after the reopening of the hotel due to extensive revision and reorientation. The staff was highly motivated and very courteous, the service was excellent.

The room was spacious and practical, featuring a jacuzzi and an outdoor hot tub, which were great amenities.

The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried savoury dishes. The location in a relaxing area was quiet and there were a shopping street and different shops nearby. The staff was extraordinary service-minded with very good services.

We've visited Mallorca in the end of June 2010. Location of the hotel is excellent, 100 meters from the Port d'Alcudia beach, shopping and entertainment just 50 meters away. Very friendly staff, especially on reception. Cozy and stylish room with large balcony.
